The negotiation goes through some steps and the main one is to know the coffee.
After a detailed analysis of quality, moisture, type and cupping, the coffee is correctly priced.
Producers working with the Rainforest Alliance receive a premium on the coffee commercialized with Exportadora Guaxupé.
Payment can be made through bank deposit at any bank agency in the account of the holder of the rural producer register.
IF THE PRODUCER HAS STORED COFFEE
The quality analysis has already been done on the coffee arrival, so the producer just indicates the lot and / or quantity of the lot to negotiate.
IF THE PRODUCER HAS NOT STORED COFFEE
Trading is done by sample.
a. The producer can personally deliver or send one sample per lot.
b. Quantity: minimum of 300 g.
c. Packing: odorless and colorless plastic bag.
d. Labeling: name and personal contacts.
